The "Get Caught Recycling" program involves random checks of residents to see if at least three items are being reycled. Winners will receive $50 plus be recognized at the following Board of Commissioners meeting.
I want to clarify an earlier entry that this will involve a check during a scheduled recycling day during each month, not necessarily the first recycling day of each month.
