A “Fusion Fitness Class is scheduled to begin Monday, January 7 at the Clubhouse in International Harvester Park. Sherri Gallick, an AFAA Certified Instructor incorporates cardio, yoga, and calisthenics into her classes for a total body workout. Goals are to improve stability, strength, balance, agility, and endurance.
Classes are Monday & Friday 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. and Wednesday 8 -9:00 a.m. at the International Harvester Clubhouse, located at 4523 Canada Road in Lakeland. The class is suitable for people 40+, and available for anyone that wants to get in shape.
Sherri Gallick is a former Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader and taught fitness classes in the Kansas City area prior to moving to Lakeland. Now 50+, Sherri feels the aches and pains of a maturing body, but can also attest to the benefits of maintaining health and fitness.
The first class is free, each additional is $5, or participants may purchase a 10 class card for $30. A mat is required for class.
