NOTE:  The City of Lakeland Parks & Recreation Board, at the regular meeting at 6:30 p.m., Monday, December 10^th, will be discussing a Proposal to recommend to the Board of Commissioners a location for parkland acquisition and development for the proposed Lakeland Athletic and Community Park Project (Sports Park).  Eventually this park would contain soccer, baseball and other recreational sports facilities to provide a comprehensive recreational program for Lakeland residents.
