Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Class
If your insurance does not cover Silver Sneakers, each class costs $4. First class is FREE.
Senior Center Open House and Discussion Forum
2:00 p.m.
Join City personnel at the Lakeland Senior Center and provide us with the feedback to offer programming that interests you. The City appreciates comments, suggestions and ideas of residents! Coffee and light refreshments will be served.
Geology Class
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Speaker Mike Baldwin will be bringing 200 rock minerals and fossils to look at and pick up. Baldwin will explain rock and mineral formation and how they are utilized in the world.
