NO PARKS, RECREATION, SENIOR CITIZEN FUNDING?

All Residents, Seniors, or anyone who has Parents:

(Maybe the City governing structure  should be turned over to the Lakeland Municipal School System and turn the City back to the County.  That is where it is going!)
